Shipping
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery times are 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location in Canada. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
Returns
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the product; we will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.
